2. Service

VCAKlaar provides online exam preparation for the B-VCA safety certificate. VCAKlaar is not an accredited training provider, exam centre or certification body. Our platform does not replace mandatory training and does not issue official certificates or diplomas.

3. Access and payment

• Access to the full practice environment is granted after a one-off payment for the selected period (7, 30 or 60 days).
• Payments are one-off. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
• The free diagnostic test is available without payment. Registration may be required to unlock the full results.
• All prices are shown in euros, including VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Right of withdrawal

VCAKlaar supplies digital content/digital services that are not supplied on a tangible medium. Delivery starts immediately after purchase. During checkout you explicitly consent to this by ticking a checkbox and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts.

5. Refund policy

Despite the waiver of the right of withdrawal, we offer a goodwill refund rule: you may request a full refund within 24 hours after purchase if you have used no more than 3 exam simulations. Send your request to hello@vcaklaar.be.

6. Statutory conformity and no pass guarantee

You keep the statutory rights that apply to digital content and digital services. VCAKlaar does not guarantee that you will pass the official VCA exam. Our practice questions are based on the official final and test terms (ETT), but are not exact copies of official exam questions.

7. Intellectual property

All practice questions, explanations and other material on VCAKlaar are owned by VCAKlaar. You may not copy, distribute or commercially use content without prior written permission.

8. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. One account is strictly personal. Misuse, such as account sharing or systematic copying of questions, may lead to blocking without a refund right.

9. Complaints procedure

Not satisfied? Email your complaint to hello@vcaklaar.be. We respond within 14 working days.

10. Applicable law and competent court

These terms are governed by Belgian law. To the extent permitted by law, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of East Flanders.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the platform after that period, you accept the amended terms.
